Work of Heart Pty Ltd providers training and counselling services across Australia.
1. Buying Conditions
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars and include GST and postage. When buying an item, you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a purchase. You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all express or implied warranties, terms and conditions including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
2. Returns Policy
You must contact our office first to make arrangements for your return. All items in new condition may be returned within 20 days from date of purchase for either a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. All product must be in resalable condition and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any item(s) that is more than 20 days from date of purchase; Any book or manual that has obvious signs of use; Any DVD that has been opened (plastic wrap has been removed); Any item damaged, incomplete or not in its original condition.
3. Security policy
When purchasing from Work of Heart Pty Ltd, card details are transmitted through an application programming interface and are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. Card Details are not held by Work of Heart Pty Ltd.
4. Privacy

5. Training Conditions
These terms and conditions apply in relation to any booking made by you with regards to Training provided by Work of Heart Pty Ltd (ABN 65 162 790 687).
6. Changes and cancellations
No refunds will be given outside of this policy. If you have any concerns about whether your chosen Training Workshop has been cancelled, please contact the Work of Heart Pty Ltd office within 30 days of the scheduled Training Workshop dates. Visit our website www.workofheart.net.au for details and information specific to Training Workshops. Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances; A full refund will be provided if you cancel the booking >30 days or more prior to the scheduled Training Workshop date(s); A 50% refund will be made if you cancel the booking 5 – 10 days prior to the scheduled Training Workshop date(s); No refund will be made if you cancel the booking less than 5 days before the scheduled Training Workshop date. i.e. 0 – 4 days = no refund; 5 – 10 days = 50% refund; 30 days or more = full refund.
7. Postponement of scheduled Training Workshop dates
No refunds will be given outside of this policy. If you have any concerns about whether your chosen Facilitator Training Workshop has been cancelled, please contact the Work of Heart Pty Ltd office within 30 days of the scheduled Training Workshop dates. Postponement of bookings can be made up to 14 days prior to the scheduled Training Workshop date(s) and is subject to further conditions. The maximum refund amount that is available on any postponed booking should it subsequently be cancelled is 50%.
8. Changes and cancellations by Work of Heart Pty Ltd.
Unforeseen operational issues (e.g. fires, floods) and management obligations may mean that the training cannot be provided. Work of Heart Pty Ltd will endeavour to find an alternative location and/or date that suits you. If the alternative is not acceptable to you the booking will be cancelled and a full refund provided. Work of Heart Pty Ltd will not be liable for any other losses you may incur as a result of this cancellation.
9. Facilities provided
You may use furniture and facilities provided by Work of Heart Pty Ltd. Work of Heart Pty Ltd will not be liable for any other losses that are incurred as a result of damage or misuse.
10. Termination by Work of Heart Pty Ltd.
If you breach these terms and conditions; causes annoyance or nuisance to others; or behave unacceptably as deemed inappropriate by the Trainer; Work of Heart Pty Ltd may terminate your booking and ask you to leave the facility immediately. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
